Recognizing Unwavering Support

Loyal Blue recognizes individuals who invest in our university every year – without fail.

The Bold & Blue comprehensive campaign catalyzed historic philanthropy at South Dakota State University since the public launch in 2021, and, as a result, thousands of friends have joined the yellow and blue family.

Inspired by this tremendous show of support, the SDSU Alumni & Foundation created a new loyalty giving society, Loyal Blue, as a means of honoring countless donors like you. While Loyal Blue was established during this historic fundraising initiative, this giving society will continue to honor dedicated donors for years to come.

Loyal Blue recognizes loyal donors who have contributed a minimum of $100 annually for three consecutive years.*

Members of Loyal Blue enjoy the following exclusive opportunities:

  • Name featured on the interactive touchscreen display in the SDSU Alumni & Foundation Wes and Lois Tschetter Reception Area
  • Custom-branded Loyal Blue/SDSU items
  • Invitation to virtual event(s) with key campus leaders
  • Recognition in the digital STATELY Review
