Join the Greater Omaha Jacks in giving back at Louisville State Recreation Area on Saturday, April 25.
Volunteers will assist Nebraska Game and Parks with hands-on projects to improve the park, including repairing and painting picnic tables and cleaning up the lakeshore.
This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact while enjoying time outdoors.
Volunteers will meet at the swim beach parking area on Lake No. 2.
Participants will be asked to sign volunteer forms. We will have copies of the volunteer agreements (waivers) and tracking forms on site for anyone who does not have the volunteer agreement completed before arriving.
Nebraska Game and Parks utilizes the volunteer tracking forms to track the number of volunteer hours for submission to the state to support the volunteer program.
