Shelby is the Digital Media Specialist for the SDSU Alumni & Foundation. Originally from Hitchcock, SD, she graduated from Black Hills State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in mass communications, with a double emphasis in photography and graphic design and a minor in commercial arts. Shelby now lives in Sioux Falls with her husband, Zachery, and their two children, Bryer and Quinn.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time on campus for a variety of activities, and I met some of my favorite people who are still part of my life today. When I joined the SDSU Alumni & Foundation team, something about this place and its people felt instantly special and familiar. I’m forever grateful for the experiences and relationships SDSU has given me, both then and now. I’m proud to consider myself an adopted Jackrabbit.
